This investor team found ABL through a broker referral and contacted us in order to secure funding for their fix and flip project in Norwalk CT. The single family home had a recently renovated kitchen, and one of the borrowers was a licensed contractor who would be responsible for the project’s rehab. The strategy was to complete the renovations in one to two months and then sell the property.
