This investor is on his second deal, both funded with Asset Based Lending. ABL’s hard money loan will be used to purchase and renovate the property including upgrading the floor, replacing old lighting fixtures, installing new toilets and plumbing in the bathroom, as well as fixing pre-existing safety issues with the basement.
