­Asset Based Lending recently funded a fix and flip loan for a repeat borrower and experienced real estate investor. For this single family home fix and flip project the borrower intends to replace the roof and gutters and update the exterior with brick and new Hardie Board trim, as well as new windows throughout the home. For the interior the scope of work includes finished hardwood floors on the first floor and carpeting on the second floor. The kitchen will be outfitted with new wood cabinets, granite counters, and Samsung stainless steel appliances. All bathrooms will be renovated and include new tile work and walk in showers. For this fix and flip the borrower expects the construction to be completed within 10 weeks at which time this property will be listed for final sale.
